Mrs. Freeman is a seasoned, compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker in Columbia, South Carolina. Educated in the Richland County school system, Mrs. Freeman has dedicated her career work to enriching and empowering her hometown community. Mrs.Freeman received her bachelor’s degree from Benedict College and her Masters of Social Work from the University of South Carolina. Mrs.Freeman is an Adjunct Professor at Benedict College in the Social Worker Program, and an esteemed social worker in Richland District One. Mrs.Freeman has been instrumental with the transition of the Columbia ABSW Chapter, bridging the gap between generations. She has gained attention from the National ABSW Office for her leadership and restructuring for change. She currently serves as the Columbia,SC chapter President and has been a member of NABSW for 10 years. Mrs.Freeman takes great pride in her professional life along with being a wife and mother.
